Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support development and redevelopment projects across North America. You will liaise between internal teams and external partners to optimize budgets and constructability.

You’ll lead cost reviews, establish budgets, and monitor market trends while building strong GC relationships and driving process improvements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive management experience in design/construction.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of schedules, workflows and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with change/gating in owner-operator development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management, process optimization, and schedule governance across construction operations.
• Lead digital solutions to streamline workflows, reporting, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent practices and timelines.
