Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead cost review, budgeting, and constructability across North America. You will coordinate with acquisitions, portfolio management, design and construction teams, and external partners to optimize budgets and schedule governance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field with 5–7 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-10 years in design/construction, preferably data centers or mission critical.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of codes, project governance, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management, process optimization, and schedule governance across construction operations.
• Lead digital initiatives to improve workflows, reporting, and collaboration.
• Manage multiple initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to meet goals.
