Job summary

DEW Construction Corp. in Manchester, NH is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction and estimation process across multiple projects. You will motivate and coach the team, manage the bid strategy, and ensure client satisfaction from award through GMP.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in commercial construction, strong scheduling and estimating experience, and a proven ability to develop value-driven solutions with stakeholders, while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4-year Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience as PM/Project Engineer or in Pre-construction for commercial projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attend Business Development turnover meetings to understand terms and information before award.
• Set up and distribute Preconstruction kick-off meeting minutes.
• Lead multiple projects and develop strategy to maximize client value.
