Job summary

Senior Estimator needed to lead estimating and preconstruction for commercial construction projects. You will develop cost estimates, manage preconstruction, and coordinate procurement and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities include leading bid reviews, developing budgets, and supporting project teams from pursuit through turnover to operations. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating/preconstruction experience.
• Projects valued from $1M to $20M+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual to final construction estimates (GMP, design development).
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings/specs and develop comprehensive estimates.
