Job summary

Integrate Construction Partners is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to lead early project estimates, bid preparation and cost analysis across multiple states. You will coordinate with owners, designers and subcontractors to develop conceptual to 50% CD estimates and drive cost-saving options.

The role requires a four-year engineering/CM degree and at least six years in preconstruction and estimating, with strong scheduling and MS Office proficiency, and a track record in design-build

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, building construction or similar.
• Minimum of six years of preconstruction and construction estimating experience.
• Proven proficiency in conceptual estimates and a Design-Build preconstruction philosophy.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary, schematic, and design development estimates as well as final construction estimates.
• Lead bid packages and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
• Develop preliminary construction schedules and logistics plans.
• Maintain estimating records and monitor cost trends to detect overruns.
