DEW Construction Corp. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction and estimation process on assigned projects. You will motivate and coach the team, manage client relationships, and ensure services from award to GMP and start of construction.

You will align with DEW's vision and core values, manage risk and budgets, and collaborate with estimators, project managers, and owners to deliver value and profitable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience or equivalent combinations of related experience.
• Experience in PM/Pre-construction for commercial construction or architectural/engineering firm.
• CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Experience with estimating software is preferred: Timberline, Procore, etc.

Aufgaben

• Attend Business Development turnover meetings to understand terms before award.
• Set up, facilitate and distribute minutes from the Preconstruction kickoff meeting.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Prepare a job-specific strategy to maximize client value; reviewed with VP Preconstruction.
• Follow DEW's Preconstruction Flow Chart and RACI Matrix.
