Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Experience on projects ranging from $1M to $20M+.
• Proficiency with GMP development and value engineering.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications with detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual to final construction estimates with accuracy.
• Lead preconstruction budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate subcontractor bids, bid leveling, and VE analyses.
• Present estimates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Support project teams from pursuit through turnover to operations.
