Pivot Energy is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to guide cost, schedule, and contract planning for PV and energy storage projects from preconstruction through execution. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to align scope, risk, and commercial terms while shaping robust budgets and baselines for delivery.

• Experience with job costing methodologies and budgets for PV/BESS projects.
• Familiarity with project management software, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews, negotiations, and preconstruction deliverables.
• Understanding of multiple project delivery methodologies and their commercial implications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement from development handoff through bidding and contract execution.
• Support contract review workflows, exhibits, and term sheet alignment with internal teams.
• Assist in developing budgets, cost estimates, and contingency planning for execution.
• Ensure documentation discipline across RFPs, bid sheets, and handoff packages.
• Monitor preconstruction budgets and provide clear cost-tracking and forecasting.
