Zusammenfassung

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Project Manager – Energy Storage to lead the Preconstruction Group through award, planning, and mobilization of storage projects. This fully remote role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, and legal to align scope with budget and schedule.

You will manage meetings, perform cost comparisons, update schedules, and negotiate contract exhibits while ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation. Travel is expected about 25% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction experience.
• Field experience (5-8 years) in project roles such as Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Leadership ability to coordinate remote teams and build high-performing groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and industry-standard tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Energy Storage Preconstruction Group’s daily management, coordination, and scope from award to mobilization.
• Maintain cost control ledger and project cost statements; prepare billings and expedite payments.
• Set up and maintain the CMiC system and manage procurement aligned with scope, budget, and schedules.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit and evaluate bids, and write project procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, contracting, accounting, and legal to define contracts and scope of work; track schedule impacts.
