The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction efforts for large multi-family residential, apartments, and senior housing projects in Columbus, OH. You will manage the entire estimation process and present cost strategies directly to clients.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in large multi-family residential estimating.
• Strong understanding of current market pricing and unit pricing.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead, create, and finalize comprehensive project estimates.
• Research materials, develop value engineering ideas, and quantify costs.
• Build qualified subcontractor bid lists and analyze bids.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and staffing plans.
• Complete detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Prepare client presentations and present cost information.
• Review estimates for accuracy and quality control.
