• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and finalize comprehensive project estimates.
• Perform detailed takeoffs using on-screen methods.
• Develop value engineering ideas with cost implications.
• Build qualified subcontractor bid lists and secure bids.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and determine staffing needs.
• Present cost information to clients clearly and professionally.
• Review and correct estimates prepared by other team members.
