Meta in Austin seeks a Preconstruction Manager to lead planning for large-scale mission-critical projects from site diligence to break ground.

You will manage procurement, budgets, scheduling, constructability and contract negotiations with external partners, ensuring value and risk are aligned.

Collaborate with leadership and design, engineering and delivery teams to optimize cost, schedule and overall program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent technical degree.
• 10+ years direct professional experience in Commercial/Construction Management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for large-scale commercial projects from site diligence through construction start.
• Coordinate inputs across design, engineering, and site development teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and procurement strategies.
• Develop constructability reviews and TCO analyses.
• Collaborate with Contracts Management to ensure correct commercial terms.
• Build and maintain external partner prequalification database.
