Job summary

Meta is seeking a construction professional to join our design, engineering, and construction organization in the United States. You will collaborate closely with leadership, site development, preconstruction and delivery teams to manage early project phases in due diligence through handoff.

You will lead constructability reviews, set cost and schedule targets, and coordinate cross‑functional and external teams to drive the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years direct experience in Commercial/Preconstruction/Construction Management or scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward a single project outcome.
• Experience with large capital programs, ground-up and retrofit construction.
• Expertise in Preconstruction: site development, budgeting, scheduling, risk and change management.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (P6 or equivalent) and critical path analysis.
• Experience in Mission Critical/Data Center projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop master plan analysis for new sites, including logistics and geotech.
• Lead early phase due diligence through handoff to preconstruction.
• Set project targets for cost and schedule; coordinate multiple teams.
• Provide constructability reviews to influence design for safety and cost.
• Communicate progress and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
