Vitality Group in Austin, Texas is seeking a Preconstruction Manager for a Top General Contractor. Youll lead budgets, conceptual estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, due diligence, scheduling and procurement planning.

Youll work directly with clients, architects, consultants and project teams to identify risks early and develop practical solutions before they affect cost or schedule. The role also partners with project delivery and business development as opportunities move

Qualifications

• 8+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience.
• Strong experience with conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering and constructability.
• Experience working on similar projects in the commercial sector.
• Stable career progression with increasing responsibility.

We're seeking a Preconstruction Manager for a Top General Contractor in Austin, Texas.

As Preconstruction Manager, you'll be involved at the earliest of stages, leading budgets, conceptual estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, due diligence, scheduling and procurement planning. You'll work directly with clients, architects, consultants and project teams to identify risks early and develop practical solutions before they affect cost or schedule. The role also partners closely with project delivery and business development as opportunities move from initial pursuit through award.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience.

This opportunity offers a base salary of $175K - $240K, bonus potential tied to performance, comprehensive benefits and additional compensation opportunities based on experience.
