Job summary

rand* construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery in our Austin market. The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction processes with emphasis on quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee multiple teams including project managers, engineers, and superintendents, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
• Graduate degree, preferred.
• 10-12+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams (PMs, engineers, superintendents) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage client satisfaction and ensure high quality outcomes across projects.
• Develop and track leads with new clients and build relationships for new business.
• Assist with budgets, change orders, RFIs, and contract execution to ensure profitability.
• Mentor Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents; conduct performance reviews.
