Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of conceptual and detailed estimating methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Lead or perform portions of estimates for multi-discipline projects.
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotes and evaluate them.
• Review total estimate for accuracy and completeness prior to quotation.
• Monitor cost comparisons to actuals and promote continuous improvement.
