Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
• Ten+ years in an estimating role with project leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard estimating software.
• Experience delivering large projects as the prime contact with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of preconstruction services, providing input and problem solving for design development.
• Lead estimating activities including risk assessment and bid preparation for large transportation bids.
• Review plans, coordinate with contracts, legal, and taxes to ensure compliant bid packages.
• Organize estimating team assignments and monitor overall strategy for winning bids.
• Mentor junior estimators and participate in talent management activities.
