Qualifications

• Ten or more years of estimating experience.
• LEED accreditation and DBIA certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Successful history executing projects with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed take-offs and solicit quotes.
• Develop all-inclusive cost estimates for bidding.
• Coordinate junior estimators and interns.
