Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Ten or more years of estimating experience.
• LEED accreditation and DBIA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience as prime contact with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Capably performs basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff and pricing development for all trades.
• Develops conceptual estimates for review by senior personnel.
• Leads preparation of estimating documents and deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Performs advanced estimating tasks for hard bid pursuits and constructability reviews.
• Coordinates with operations to develop plans (schedule, logistics, staffing).
• Provides cost/constructability feedback to design teams.
