Qualified candidates will possess extensive estimating experience, preferably exceeding ten years, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software. They will also prepare competitive bids and coordinate junior staff throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of experience in an estimating role.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Preferred LEED accreditation and DBIA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for disciplines such as earthwork and paving.
• Coordinate junior estimators and interns on projects.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost estimates.
