Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5 or more years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage estimates, budget controls, and risk assessments during preconstruction.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications; perform quantity takeoffs.
• Coordinate bid solicitation, bid days, and post-bid analysis.
• Develop relationships with Vendors and Trade Partners to maximize efficiency.
• Organize drawing/estimate reviews and lead bid package development.
