This role focuses on cross‑functional collaboration, vendor bid management, and value engineering across milestones within SourceBlue initiatives.

The position emphasizes developing client relationships, analyzing bids, and coordinating with procurement to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with a variety of building construction types.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Ability to develop client relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to support project success.
• Review drawings and specs; inform senior management of risks.
• Solicit vendor pricing and develop bid packages.
• Assess bids against requirements and prepare bid analyses.
• Coordinate procurement schedules with Supply Chain and vendors.
• Oversee cost estimates and value engineering across milestones.
• Perform design assist / design build functions.
• Support Launch Matrix and constructability reviews.
