Job summary

SourceBlue is seeking an Experienced Project Estimator to support preconstruction for major construction projects. You will collaborate across departments to review drawings, prepare bid packages, and assess procurement strategies.

You will develop vendor pricing, conduct bid analyses, and provide cost control insights to inform senior management decisions. Internal applicants may work from any Turner office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; minimum 7 years of building construction experience.
• Thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Ability to develop client relationships and collaborate to win work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop bid packages; solicit vendor pricing and perform bid analysis.
• Review drawings, specs and documents; communicate risks to senior management.
• Lead procurement scheduling, supplier evaluations, and cost control reporting.
