The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a track record of maintaining tolerances as tight as ±0.003 inches with inspection tolerances down to 0.0005 inches. First shift, hourly pay with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience machining to tight tolerances (±0.003 in) and inspection tolerances as tight as 0.0005 in.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional and CNC production machines to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret drawings and ensure adherence to specifications and procedures.
• Perform dimensional inspections and maintain tight tolerances throughout production.
