• Operate a diverse array of equipment including CNC lathes (2-4 axis), surface grinders, jig grinders, and horizontal/vertical machining centers.
• Perform advanced inspection and utilize hand metrology to verify that all parts meet exact specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining processes to optimize production efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a focus on the criticality of aerospace-grade parts, ensuring safety and performance in every finished unit.
