Crafted Staff is seeking a Senior Machinist to set up and operate conventional and CNC machines, manufacturing precision components per engineering drawings and procedures.

Ideal candidates will handle tight tolerances (±0.003 inches or better), perform precision grinding, use micrometers and calipers, and contribute to Lean continuous improvements in a 1st shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to independently set up and operate conventional and CNC machines.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience machining components to tolerances ±0.003 inches or better.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate multiple conventional and CNC production machines.
• Machine components to tight tolerances per drawings and specs.
• Perform precision grinding and use measurement tools for inspection.
• Maintain documentation and follow Lean manufacturing practices.
