Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10+ years in mechanical design of precision equipment or machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for mechanical design of new equipment.
• Define tolerance strategies and error budgets for manufacturability.
• Perform and guide FEA and multiphysics analyses to inform decisions.
• Design for thermal and dimensional stability in high-temperature environments.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments across sites.
• Drive innovation and contribute to technology roadmaps.
