2. Proficient in G-Code and M-Code programming for multi-axis CNC equipment.
3. Experience with CNC machine setup, changeover, and tooling management.
4. Strong troubleshooting and basic mechanical repair skills.
5. Capability to read precision measurement tools and perform quality checks.

Responsibilities

Program, configure, and operate multi-axis horizontal and vertical machining centers to produce parts according to precise technical specifications.
Interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure all machining processes align with design requirements.
Perform routine diagnostics and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
Utilize advanced inspection tools and gauges to verify part accuracy and maintain strict quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Execute complex setups for both CNC milling and turning operations, including tool changes and machine calibration.
