Accelera Staffing is seeking a skilled Precision CNC Operator to join our high-performance manufacturing team. You will leverage your expertise in CNC milling to transform complex engineering designs into high-quality components that meet the most rigorous industry standards.

You will configure and operate advanced CNC milling equipment, interpret complex drawings with GD&T, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize workflows while upholding safety and operational excellence.

Competenze

Extensive background in CNC milling machine operation and setup.
Proven ability to program and edit CNC controls effectively.
Advanced proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
Deep understanding of machining fundamentals, including feeds, speeds, and tooling selection.
Expertise in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
Strong commitment to maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship.

Mansioni

Configure and operate CNC milling equipment to achieve optimal production results.
Translate blueprints and specifications into finished parts meeting dimensional requirements.
Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC controller logic to optimize performance.
Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding for each project to maximize efficiency.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision metrology tools.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine workflows and resolve technical challenges.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
