MFA Incorporated is seeking a senior agronomy leader to guide Precision Agronomy Specialists, Crop‑Trak consultants, local agronomists, and interns across MO region. You will drive program development, training, and adoption of precision ag solutions, while collaborating with sales and operations to grow agronomy services.

The role requires a strong agronomy background, leadership skills, and experience in crop consulting or related fields.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Agronomy or another agricultural degree, or 5–10 years of crop consulting or agronomy‑related experience preferred.
• CCA Certification preferred.
• Strong agronomy background required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Precision Agronomy Specialists, Crop‑Trak consultants, local agronomists, and interns within the assigned territory.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain agronomy consulting and precision agriculture talent.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead development and implementation of Crop‑Trak and Nutri‑Track programs.
• Drive sales execution and customer adoption of agronomic service offerings.
• Provide agronomic recommendations and technical expertise to retail locations, consultants, and sales personnel.
