Job summary

MFA Incorporated seeks a Crop Consultant to scout acres in Harrisonville, Adrian, Chilhowee, Rich Hill, MO and deliver reports with recommendations. You will also promote Crop‑Trak consulting across the territory and contribute to precision agriculture services such as variable rate fertility.

Qualifications include a B.S. in Agronomy (preferred) and a CCA certificate (preferred), with agriculture background and crop knowledge considered a plus. This role requires field-based work in Missouri.

• Knowledge of Field Crops (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scout acres across Harrisonville, Adrian, Chilhowee, Rich Hill to report results with recommendations.
• Promote and grow the Crop‑Trak crop consulting service in the assigned territory.
• Develop variable rate fertility recommendations among precision services.
• All duties performed in accordance with company policy.

• The Crop Consultant will scout acres across Harrisonville, Adrian, Chilhowee, Rich Hill, MO to give customers a report of the results with any needed recommendations.
• They will also be asked to promote and grow the Crop‑Trak crop consulting service throughout their assigned territory.
• This position also requires some responsibilities for developing variable rate fertility recommendations among other aspects of precision services.
• All duties must be performed in accordance with company policy.
