Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current, with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision; Command of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications; Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit; Credible with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements; Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals; lead the corrective actions; Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record; Audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers; Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
