Job summary

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III (current).
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience, including supervision.
• Familiar with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specs.
• Experience preparing plants for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies and qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
