Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead QC programs and audits across plant facilities. The role requires PCI Level III certification and 6+ years of precast QC experience, including supervision.

You will prepare plants for PCI audits, coordinate with engineers and DOT inspectors, and mentor Level I/II inspectors while traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.
• Experience with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT specs.
• Ability to host PCI audits and interact with plant managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and audit supplier plants on behalf of owners.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants.
• Walk the yard and participate in audits during production.
