Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead QC programs across plants and prepare facilities for PCI audits and DOT approvals. You will resolve structural issues, audit supplier plants, and supervise Level I and II inspectors across projects.

The ideal candidate holds current PCI QC Level III certification, has 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC experience including supervision, and can credibly interact with plant managers, engineers of record, and DOT

Qualifications

• Current PCI QC Certification Level III with 6+ years in precast and prestressed QC.
• Proficient with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specs.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting the audit; credible with plant managers and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals; lead corrective actions.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers; supervise Level I and II inspectors.
