Job summary

Everpure is hiring a Consulting Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to lead the technical strategy for banks, asset managers and payment networks. You will articulate architecture, sizing, and PoCs, coordinating across product, services and partners to win multi-year platform deals.

The role requires deep infrastructure expertise, OpenShift and Kubernetes fluency, and a track record of winning technical evaluations against storage vendors. Candidates should thrive in senior stakeholder dialogues.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in enterprise infrastructure with customer-facing presales or solutions architecture roles.
• Direct experience covering large financial services institutions.
• Hands-on command of enterprise block, file and object storage, data protection and replication.
• Fluency with virtualization, Kubernetes and container platforms (OpenShift) and at least one major public cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical account plan: architecture, constraints, roadmap and whitespace.
• Be the go-to technical counterpart for infrastructure architects, storage and platform leaders, and executives.
• Lead the technical side of complex pursuits from discovery through decision (RFI/RFP, POC, lab evaluations).
• Help customers design the container, storage and data layer for AI at scale (GPU storage, inference, analytics).
• Run motions around Kubernetes/OpenShift data services, NVMe over TCP and Ethernet block, object storage, cyber resilience.
• Coordinate specialists, services, and partner engineers to stay aligned on one plan with clear owners and deadlines.
• Partner with GAM on account planning and forecast; provide evidence-based roadmap input.
