Job summary

Everpure is hiring a Consulting Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to be the senior technical lead for global banks, asset managers and payments networks. You will own technical strategy, orchestrate specialists, and win multi-year platform decisions around AI infrastructure and data platforms.

You’ll work with architects, executives, and product teams to design scalable storage, Kubernetes/OpenShift services, and governance for cost and compliance. Strong financial services exposure is required.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in enterprise infrastructure with customer-facing presales, solutions architecture or field engineering.
• Direct experience covering large financial services institutions.
• Hands-on command of enterprise storage, data protection and replication in production.
• Fluency in virtualization, Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred), networking for storage, and cloud.
• Strong executive communication and track record in competitive evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical account plan including architecture, constraints, roadmap, and whitespace.
• Serve as the go-to technical counterpart for architecture and technology executives.
• Lead technical pursuits from discovery to decision, including RFI/RFPs, PoCs, and bake-offs.
• Help design AI-scale data and storage layers: GPU storage, inference, retrieval and analytics pipelines.
• Execute Kubernetes/OpenShift data services, NVMe/ Ethernet storage, and data resilience projects.
• Coordinate with specialists and partners to keep plans aligned and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Account Management on pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
• Translate customer requirements into product roadmap input with evidence.
