Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, Gaming, to lead the technical aspects of gaming deals and design onboarding/risk workflows. You will demonstrate how Socure's platform improves conversion and reduces fraud, collaborating with Sales, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success.

You will translate model performance and regulatory considerations into actionable business advice for executives and risk teams, while mentoring peers and shaping gaming playbooks and demos.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a client-facing technical role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert for igaming and gaming opportunities, partnering with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery to understand business models, risk posture, and onboarding or transaction flows.
• Design end-to-end identity and fraud workflows with gaming-specific use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Science to scope POCs and backtests for gaming prospects.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and create solution patterns for gaming deals.
• Prepare demos, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and help draft SOWs and pricing scenarios.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives translating complex concepts into business decisions.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and contribute to best practices for gaming/sports.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting onboarding and payments.
