Job summary

Omnissa seeks a Solution Consultant to support the Latam team with a focus on Brazil. You will evangelize Omnissa value to senior decision makers, shape solution development, and drive adoption of Digital Workspace in large-scale accounts.

You are a seasoned pre-sales professional with enterprise architecture, virtualization, and identity management experience, comfortable traveling up to 50% to engage with customers across Brazil and the wider Latam region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
• Experience with server administration and configuration (e.g. Windows Web Server, Active Directory and cloud directory services such as Okta and Entra ID).
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Design.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with Identity Access Management systems and Windows deployment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients at multiple levels and evangelize Omnissa solutions.
• Lead pre-sales activities including architecture discussions, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, and demonstrations.
• Analyze customer objectives to tailor solutions and enable the sales team.
• Develop custom solutions that differentiate Omnissa offerings.
• Build deep product knowledge and domain expertise.
• Coordinate a team of domain authorities to address industry trends and customer needs.
