Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Estimators and Solution Architects, supporting the sales process with tailored electronic security designs for our customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering Security, you will drive accurate estimations, compelling proposals, and strong client engagements while aligning solutions to customer objectives across Access Control, CCTV, and Integrated Systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, or systems estimation within electronic security.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience with mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop Estimators and Solution Architects.
• Set clear performance goals, provide coaching and professional development.
• Lead development and delivery of electronic security solutions aligned with customer needs and technical requirements.
