Job summary

Semperis is seeking a California-based Pre-Sales Engineer to join the North America Team. You will work with sales, engineering, product management, marketing, and business development to deliver security and identity products to customers.

This role requires travel on the West Coast and collaboration to shape product direction. Based in California, you will lead demonstrations, support ROI discussions, and drive technical proof-of-value engagements while ensuring customer needs are documented

Qualifications

5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Experience with Identity Security platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct compelling product demonstrations online and in-person; lead technical presentations.
Perform proof-of-value technical installations with customers.
Collaborate with Sales to develop winning strategies and new product opportunities.
Identify customer pain points in large directory services environments and document requirements.
Provide input to product and engineering teams and assist in pre-sales education.
