Job summary
Fortra in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a product and market expert across Fortra’s portfolio. You will drive pre-sales activities, craft tailored solution proposals, and lead technical evaluations, demos, POCs, and trials to demonstrate maximum value to customers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related customer-facing tech roles.
- Strong ability to deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to support prospect engagement and opportunity advancement.
- Lead technical evaluations, POCs, trials, and solution validation.
- Develop tailored solution proposals that articulate business value and differentiation.
- Represent Fortra at industry events and webinars when appropriate.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to process improvements.
