Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8–11 years in customer-facing roles, 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software, and strong scripting/cloud skills.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
• Minimum 3 years in modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) or languages like C/C++, Java, C#.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and guide improvements via technology.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for business leadership.
• Ability to strategize with sales and align resources for mutual account plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications, systems and infrastructure for large projects.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and articulate business value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success, handling technical discovery, demos, and sizing.
• Generate demand within the sales territory via events and account-based activities.
• Foster strong customer relationships, build champions and drive customer success.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and contribute to product feedback.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with product suite and industry trends.
