• 5+ years in a similar customer-facing engineering role
• Executive engagement with key decision makers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of API architecture and SDLC
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM/billing systems

Responsibilities

• Identify and close complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption
• Engage CIO/CTO/COO/etc with executive briefings and solution demos
• Design end-to-end transformation journeys and architectures
• Lead pre-sales projects with proof-of-concept development
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to expand footprint
• Provide technical insights on platform benefits and integrations
• Manage multi-stakeholder customer discovery and roadmaps
