Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Core Technical Architect to guide pre-sales with deep expertise in AI-powered, multi-cloud architectures and data governance. You will align Salesforce solutions with customer digital transformation efforts and lead technical discussions, POCs, and rapid prototypes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on architectural and pre-sales experience, strong knowledge of CRM/Analytics ecosystems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both executives and IT leads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on architect/pre-sales/technical consultant experience.
• Experience with multi-cloud architecture and data platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, data governance, and security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or STEM with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in business strategy, multi-cloud app architecture, data management, integration, security, and AI.
• Use a consultative approach to map business needs to IT capabilities.
• Determine optimal technologies for customer architectures using product knowledge.
• Lead discussions on governance and develop go-to-market propositions for sales.
