Responsibilities

• Actively participate in tender/bid process—from initial tender through analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process—identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing changes.
• Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money.
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts to secure best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports; communicate variations clearly.
• Support project management through cost documentation and timely communication.
• Foster team performance through mentorship and leadership.
