Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Commercial Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead cost management across pre- and post-contract cycles. You will participate in tender processes, generate valuations and cost reports, and support dispute settlements with transparent communication.

You will also oversee project spending, communicate variations to teams, and help drive nimble project management through rigorous cost documentation and timely updates. Occasional travel to clients and partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly to your team
• Support settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and timely communication
