• Experience in tender/bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.

• Experience in preparing and agreeing final accounts and handling claims to ensure client value.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process from initial tender through analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process—identify, analyze, approve, and implement changes affecting cost.
• Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money.
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts and handling of claims for best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and communicate variations clearly.
• Support documentation and timely communication to enable nimble project decisions.
• Assist in settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims with transparency.
• Foster top performance and growth through mentorship and leadership.
