Job summary

Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Bellevue, WA team. You will drive cost control, develop cost plans, analyse tenders, and help ensure best value for clients on major developments.

You will mentor team members, oversee project spend, create valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to stakeholders. Interviews may be in person or virtual with video required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally from a consultancy background.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and change forms.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage change management processes and cost reporting including valuations and cost reports.
• Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money and assist in final accounts.
