Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally from a consultancy background.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control and cost planning.
• Knowledge of change forms and discussions with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in tender/bid process from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process and implement changes affecting project cost.
• Analyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for money.
• Assist in final accounts and claims to secure client value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend with valuations and cost reports; communicate variations clearly.
• Support project decisions through cost documentation and timely communication.
• Support settlement of disputes with transparency and integrity.
• Mentor and develop team performance and growth.
